This Weeks Comedians 1/10/2012

JohnToleJohn Tole is a national touring stand up comic/philosopher, author and heavy metal guru.  His wheels off, off the wall, politically incorrect approach to stand up comedy has been described as Slayer/Hatebreed with amazing dick jokes and its also been called "Like Witnessing a double murder but feeling good about it." John finds the line of decency allowed in any room and consistently pushes the envelope and his likeability allows him to get away with any topic or direction he decides to tackle.

John has toured with The Killers of Comedy, The Sal and Richard Show, Ronnie's Block Party Tour and The Miserable Men Comedy Tour (The Howard Stern Show) and has worked with many nationally renown comedians including Greg Giraldo, Bill Burr, Jim Florentine, Jim Norton, Robert Kelly, Jim Jefferies, and Joe Rogan.  John has written and contributed to The Miserable Men radio Show on Sirius Satellite Howard 101 and his comedy can be heard on Sirius Raw Dog Channel 104. John was also seen on Howard TV (in demand) for a behind the scenes look at the Ronnie's Block Party Tour.

CareyDeniseCarey Denise was born in Fort Worth, TX and attended Creative Arts Theatre and School from 12 to 18, where she cultivated her desire to perform. She began performing stand up comedy in Austin, TX, home to the third most competitive and talented comedy scene in the U.S. Carey’s clever wit, twisted view and brutal honesty have gained her notoriety throughout the United States and Western Europe. She has had the great opportunity to work with such comics as Norm McDonald, Paul Mooney, Maria Bamford, Doug Benson, Graham Elwood, Tig Notaro of the Sarah Silverman Show, and Larry Wilmore, Daily Show correspondent and writer/producer of The Office and the Bernie Mac Show. She has been a regular feature for Comedy Central’s Tom Rhodes and has performed for and been given praise by Eddie Brill, casting director for Late Night with David Letterman. As described by the Colorado Springs Independent, “Carey shows just the right amount of self-loathing. Everyone in the crowd can giggle confidently at their status in the world scheme without feeling complete pity towards her.”
